Tanker Transfer Kits [Click for Brochure]
Jamesway Transfer Kits use all bolted connections so the transfer arm may be mounted on the left or right. Bolt-on accessories include high-mount spread nozzle, low-mount spread nozzle or hose connection kit for long distance transfer. The kit may be configured with the input from the top, bottom or side to accommodate a wide range of retrofit applications, and the controls may be rear mounted or cab mounted. The impeller kit is all T1 steel and features a swing-open front for easy service or cleaning. The hydraulic drive motor is mounted to the proven oilbath bearing chamber found on all Jamesway pump kits.
Choose a Transfer Only Kit or a Transfer & Spread Kit and choose either the rear mounted or cab mounted hydraulic controls. Kits are available for direct mounting on Jamesway Truck Mount Tankers or on Jamesway Trailer Tankers and will connect to the existing impeller and pipes.
The Universal Mount Transfer Kits are used to transform highway tankers into manure transports. The square tube mounting frame makes it easy to mount the transfer kit, and the all-bolted components let you assemble the kit with the inlet facing whatever direction you need. Kits are available for Transfer Only or Transfer & Spread, and both are available with rear mount or cab mounted controls. The Universal Impeller Kit includes the same Jamesway impeller used on all our tankers and an inlet mounting collar. The collar is field welded to the tanker and then the hydraulic drive impeller assembly bolts on for easy service. Like all Jamesway impellers, the extra thick T-1 steel construction resists wear and the oilbath bearing assembly provides trouble-free service.
