Jamesway Hammer Mill

This simple and compact hammer mill is built for heavy use. Thick stainless steel protects the wear areas to assure long life. The 18” diameter screens are quick and easy to change. Jamesway offers screens with perforations ranging from 1/8” up to ½” to suit a wide variety of applications. The set of 15 hardened steel knives are reversible to maximize life and minimize maintenance cost. The two-piece hub assembly makes removal and servicing easy to do.

Use either a hopper or tube inlet, and then choose the output accessories to suit your needs. The 45º auger kit is a simple and economical way to fill feed carts while the vertical auger kit can be configured to work in a wide range of applications.

Choose either the 7.5 or 10 HP motor, according to the capacity you require. The 3450 RPM motor is C-face mounted for simplicity. A safety switch is included, to disable the mill if the door is open.
